- When the trial ends, your plan renews automatically until you cancel: Premium $20 a month or $200 a year, Family $30 a month or $300 a year, as you choose.
- Cancel any time in your account under Account > Subscription > Cancel your plan. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We email you 3 days before your first charge.
- One free trial per payer, across both plans.
- Voluntary refund promise: if you ask within 14 days of any charge (billing@koydo.app), we refund that charge in full. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the law.
- Koydo Homeschool is for families in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and checkout availability is checked using your current location. Plans are bought by a parent, legal guardian or other authorized adult, 18 or older.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
- Cancel any time in your account settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Annual plans: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of buying or renewing, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that you can cancel any time and get back the unused whole months of your term, with no fee.
- Monthly plans: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, when you cancel, the current month is not refunded, except where the law gives you more rights.
- To ask for a refund, email billing@koydo.app. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google.
- If you cancel, your records stay yours to view and download for at least 90 days.
